happy birthday, maggi3 b0o

So I’ve decided to make this a tradition.

As you’ll recall, last year I had to scramble to make you a birthday webpage in lieu of a birthday card since I didn’t have access to a printer. This year I totally have access to a printer, but I like this much better.

(It affords me creativity that I’d be hard pressed to replicate through paper media.)

Onward!

Look at this one! Excellent stuff.

Growing older isn’t just about appreciating pragmatic gifts and accepting responsibilities. It’s a chance to try new things. It turns out that growing old gives us the opportunity to pursue, well, growth.

Which is why I got us indoor skydiving tickets! Don’t panic.

Remember that one time we were driving up to Rochester and we passed the iFly just off of 270 near Gaithersburg, Maryland, and you said “I’d do that?” Well, now we get to do that! I looked at some of the photos and I promise it doesn’t look scary. Just fun.

Also, the voucher I got you is for the iFly in Loudoun, Virginia. It’s closer and we don’t have to go to Maryland, which is a garbage state.

👍 🐕 👍
How scary could it be? The building is only three stories tall.
weFly, Maggie. We choose to fly.

Flirty, dirty thirty is tired. You can be nerdy, wordy, sweat-shirty thirty and still go on adventures.

And so happy birthday, Maggie. To this adventure, the next adventure, and to all the adventures we choose to pursue. Now and later. Here and there. Apart and together.

As Cory and Maggie.

Obviously I’m furious that the app claims I didn’t close the 0. I did.
It ended up being about 3.75 miles. A beautiful morning thinking about a beautiful partner.
I love you.
